The size is 218mb, youtube allows 100mb max.
No idea how you can get a short movie up to 218mb...

It's in every scene apart from the WSG footage actually
But it's done by the FX Glow. I'll go look for the specs.
[edit]: Glow specs for that effect:
Glow percent: 0,000
Intensity: 4,392
Suppression: 0,424
