Warnis had only one quick scene with pretty good editing but it wasnt long/impressive enough to catch me
sleaze had a really good song and really good editing but i thought of it abit to chaotic
its arrogant to vote for myself
and blukkie is just editing pro

It's in every scene apart from the WSG footage actually
But it's done by the FX Glow. I'll go look for the specs.
[edit]: Glow specs for that effect:
