huh?I mean some countries' time zone could be very different from others,we have ppl from all over the world such as U.S,Ca,China,Korea and also europe and etc.
And the MOTW rules mentioned the start and the end time of sending movies,what's this time?GMT? |

GMT = Europe centrale time. (+1 GMT is dutch)
Eastern = America
To bad i dont know the time zone of the korean part |

Also made the following new rule:
- Footage from the application World of Warcraft Modelviewer share the same rules as 2.2 (= not counted as personal footage)
